Hovercraft Design Improvement
Investigated reduced hovercraft performance associated with inefficient airflow behaviour and redesigned internal flow components. The design was evaluated using SolidWorks Flow Simulation, analytical calculations, and experimental testing.

Gearbox Design & Assembly
Multi-shaft gearbox with a dog-clutch shifting mechanism, followed by prototype troubleshooting and design iteration.

De-Icer Mechanism Development
Gear-driven mechanism developed through CAD modelling, component selection, prototype assembly, and corrective iteration.
